I recently purchased a Gen 2 Staccato P from a dealer at a gun show and it had the TTI magwell already installed, but the dealer gave me the old one. I went to take it off this evening and after removing the pin, the magwell will not move at all. I tried pulling it forward and then down, and even attempted to use a small rubber mallet.

A 120mm grip is just a standard grip cut down so other than a new MSH, you will not need anything else for the swap. Now the newly released Gen2 grips in the bottom of your photo is a newly designed grip and is not just a cut down 126mm grip. It actually will take a magwell if you want to use one.

I have two of the kickback 126mm Atlas mags and they seem to be reliable so far. the mag springs feel significantly stronger than staccato's. Their baseplates don't work too great with the 2021 Staccato P magwell.
