The creation of the Magic Gardens. Isaiah began work on the site of the Magic Gardens in 1994. In 2002, the owner of the lots requested US$300,000 for the land, an extortionately high price for land in this area at this time. In the end, community support saved the property and the non-profit Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens was formed.
