If you like your melee to red crit, you probably already run berserker which is faster than primed fury. Primed vigor is good if you like min/max warframe builds. Shred is the obvious choice if you run primaries for most of your DPS. They're all good but are mostly unnecessary in most builds so just choose what sounds most useful to you

Dunno, I kinda find the opposite to be true, you lose the ability to catch multiple enemies in the AoE by hitting one enemy close to others or just shooting the ground between enemies.

Plus Primed Sure Footed provides other benefits, like immunity from being pulled by ancients and scorpions, which can get you killed in higher levels. Plus Primed Shred isn't that huge of a loss as long as you already have Shred. Primed Sure Footed is absolute meta for Chroma in Profit-taker.
