To clarify what skeeter is saying, there are two different U-200 packages: One is $10/month higher and includes HD, the other doesn't. Which U-200 you get depends on when you signed up for U-verse, before a certain date, HD is a $10 option, after that date, it's not optional. The same is true for U-300.
