Totally deceived by Lovesac sactional warranty-- I purchase 8 seats and 6 sides and a lovesac about a year ago and tried to replace already sagging cushions and pilled tweed covers today and was told they had to have "manufacturer defects" in order to replaced.

My own two cents: at the showroom the associates told me they don’t see the need for the shoes in all instances where there’s a clamp, especially when there’s a carpet involved. The shoes are great when you’re trying to fit pieces together when there isn’t an opportunity to clamp on both sides, but in your case you shouldn’t need them.
